April 1, 2017: Complete entries due by 11pm on April 1st. Digital images, entry form & fee must be received on or before this date for preliminary judging. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
Friday, April 14: Preliminary screening complete and notification of results emailed to artists by this date.
Saturday, April 29, 12-4pm: Artists must deliver work selected for final review to the Harlow Gallery at 160 Water Street in Hallowell on this date. The juror will make final selections for the exhibition and awards after viewing the work in person.
May 1-5: Final jurying and selection of award winners will take place this week. At this stage only artists not accepted for exhibition will be contacted, either by email or phone.
Saturday May 6, 12-4pm: date to pick up any work not selected for the final show after being viewed in person by the juror.
Friday, May 12, 5-7pm: Public opening reception – Awards Presentation at 6 pm.
May 12-June 24, 2017: exhibition on view at the Harlow Gallery, 160 Water Street, Hallowell, Maine. Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday 12-6pm.
