Our 7th and FINAL 8×10 exhibition is open to all KVAA members, community artists and other creative types. Each artist can submit up to 3 works of art 8×10″ in size . Every piece of art is sold for the affordable price of $100. Half of the proceeds support programs at the Harlow Gallery while the other half goes to the artist. It’s a triple win: for the artist, for the gallery and for the art collector!
Important Dates:
8x10x100 exhibition on view: December 6-28, 2013
Opening: Friday, December 6, 5-8pm
Drop off: (No more than 3 entries per artist please.) November 1-30, 2013
Work may be dropped off anytime during gallery hours (Wed & Sat noon to 6pm, Thu & Fri noon – 8pm)
Pick up work at end of show: Saturday, Dec. 28th 6-8 pm or Monday, Dec. 30th from 10-2pm
At drop off you will need to bring or fill out the entry form; each piece of artwork must labeled on the back with: artists’ name, address, phone, email. Each artist can submit up to three 8x10s. Any media is acceptable; sculpture is welcome with a clear connection to the 8×10 dimensions—be creative … think cubed. Tiny work can be matted to 8×10″ outside dimensions. Work can be framed or unframed, but the piece must be 8×10!
If framed, outside dimensions cannot be larger than 8 1/2 x 10 1/2. Please adhere to this size limit or we will not be able to accept your work. In addition, framed pieces must be wired — no saw tooth or clip hangers please!
The Harlow Gallery has a nice selection of 8×10 panels and canvases available for sale: clay boards, gesso boards, pastel boards, water-media boards and gallery stretched canvases for just $5.25 each (including tax). Artists can also use their own supports as long as they meet the 8×10 size requirements.

Is there an entry form for the 8x10x100 show on-line? I didn’t see it. If the form is just the information that goes on the back of thepainting, I can do that but if there is another form, I’d like to pre-fill it. Thanks.
Hi Susan, Yes the large font line that reads “8x10x100 2012 entry form” is a link to a pdf form. –Deb
