The Kennebec Valley Art Association invites artists to submit their entries to Art2013, our 18th annual juried show at the Harlow Gallery in Hallowell. Art2013 is open to all Maine artists and to any artist with a strong connection to Maine.
Jurors this year are Bob Keyes and Dan Kany.
Original fine art in any media may be submitted, including hand pulled prints, photography and sculpture and fine crafts, including ceramics, glass and fiberart. Jewelery and clothing are not eligible. Each artist may submit up to three works of art, which must be the artists own original work created within the last three years. Any work that has been previously exhibited at the Harlow Gallery is not eligible. Giclees and other reproductions are not eligible. Entry fees are not refundable and decisions of the jurors are final. All works entered must be original creations by the artist and must be show ready upon delivery to the Harlow Gallery.
The Harlow Gallery is owned and operated by the Kennebec Valley Art Association, membership-based 501(c)3 non-profit; jurying fees help offset the cost of organizing and presenting the juried show and are not refundable.
The deadline for electronic submissions is midnight on April 1, 2013.
