Harlow Gallery artist members are invited to submit one piece of art for the Annual Holiday Members’ Art Show and Sale. All 2D and 3D media welcome including but not limited to: painting, drawing, printmaking, encaustic, ceramics, assemblage, photography, and mixed media. One work of art per member. Art delivery is on Sunday, December 18, 12-4.
Artists and all members of the community are invited to participate in Posted, a postcard art exhibition and fundraiser on view January 25-28, 2017. Postcards will be sold at a set price of $30 each. Proceeds will support our 2017 exhibition season and other programming. Artists and other Maine creatives may submit up to three postcards. Submissions by non-artists are welcome too, this is an open community celebration of creativity. Deliver art by January 21 at 6pm.
The Harlow Gallery is creating an adult coloring book, featuring the diverse styles of our Maine artists as a fundraiser for this 2016 holiday season. The limited edition book will be professionally printed and sold at the Harlow with proceeds benefiting the gallery. This will provide publicity for the selected artists and ongoing support for the programs of the Harlow Gallery and Kennebec Valley Art Association. DEADLINE EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 5TH AT 6PM.

The Harlow Gallery in partnership with The Holocaust and Human Rights Center of Maine (HHRC) invite submissions to “Equal Protection of the Laws: America’s Fourteenth Amendment”, an art exhibition at the Michael Klahr Center on campus at UMA September 22 through December 16, 2016. Harlow Gallery invites their artist members to participate in a Fine Arts & Crafts Show during Old Hallowell Day on Saturday, July 16 from 10am-4pm. Space is limited to 6 artists. The deadline to submit applications and booth fee payment ($60) is the end of the business day on Thursday 14th, 2016. First come, first served.
