Harlow Handmade debuted during the holiday season of 2016 and making its return in time for the Summer Members’ Show & Sale, opening June 30. Harlow Handmade is mini exhibition of locally crafted Harlow Gallery/ KVAA merchandise, on display inside our gallery window space (while supplies last). Harlow Handmade offers an attractive selection of locally crafted, limited edition Harlow Gallery souvenirs with proceeds supporting Harlow programming. This mini exhibition promotes locally handmade craft while simultaneously promoting the Harlow Gallery, which has been connecting and celebrating art, artists and community since 1963.
Featured artisans include: Catherine Worthington (textiles), Moses Dyer Coffee, Lauren Olson (textiles), The Potters House (ceramics), Maine Naturals (soap), Malley Weber (ceramics), the House of Bouton (textiles), and Harlow Gallery’s adult coloring book, featuring 41 diverse pages from over 20 Maine artists. Proceeds from Harlow Handmade support programming at the Harlow Gallery and Kennebec Valley Art Association, which have been connecting and celebrating art, artists and community since 1963.
