    • Hi Lesley, There are no rules but it will be up to the review panel based on the overall merits of the wor. I’d say go ahead and submit it but maybe submit other work without the strong language. –Deb Fahy

    • Can I see exaples of last years entries?

    • Hi there, this will be our first time doing this show so unfortunately I can’t reference any past entries. -Allison

  • Are books ok or would you rather see framed pages?

    • Hi Tom, We want original artwork! –Deb Fahy

  • Who will be judging the show?

    • Owner of Editors Note Comics down the street, Scott King from our exhibiton committe and staff.

  • I just learned about this, so I missed the deadline. I hope you will do it again next year! Super cool.

    • You haven’t missed it! The deadline is not until August.

  • What about artists inspired by cartooning in general, for example, the work of Philip Guston?

    • Hi there, The call for art encourages artwork *inspired* by comic art so I would say go for it. Ultimately, the show will be selected by a jury team. -Allison
