Our jurors will do a first review based on the digital submissions and ask artists whose work they wish to consider for the final review to deliver their work to the Harlow Gallery so they can view it in person. Therefore any work you submit must be available to be delivered to the Harlow Gallery in time for the final review session in which the jurors review the actual work in person at the gallery. See important dates for dates and times when you will need to deliver your work.

√ I grant the Harlow Gallery and the Kennebec Valley Art Association permission to use images of my artwork and/or my name for promoting this exhibition and/or the Harlow Gallery, in print, broadcast and online media and marketing materials.

Step 2 — attach .jpg images (electronic picture files) of your art to your email after reading instructions below and send your complete submission to:

Submit one JPEG image per work of art you are submitting for consideration by the jurors. Each artist may submit up to three works of art. Do not include additional detail shots or shots from various angles, even in the case of sculpture. Simply submit your best shot.
Do not paste these into the body of your email. They must be attachments.
Images should be around 1 megabyte in size; recommended pixel around 900 width or height, but not to exceed 1,800 in either dimension. Do not send thumbnails.

Step 3 — entry fee, then you are done!
We must receive your entry fee on or before the deadline or your entry will not be considered. The entry fee is $25 for current members of the Kennbec Valley Art Association, or $30 for non-members*. The fee is the same whether you are submitting just one work or the limit of 3 per artist. There are three ways to pay:
1. Pay now using Paypal. Select” KVAA Member $25″ or “Non Member $30″ in the drop down menu and click on the “Buy Now” button:
2. Call during business hours and pay over the phone with your Visa or MasterCard. Call 207-622-3813. We are open Wednesday-Saturday noon to 6pm.
3. Mail a check payable to “KVAA” to:

*Join the KVAA (sliding scale starts at $30 a year) and be eligible for the lower fee and you enjoy a lower commission rate if your work sells (30% for members, 40% for nonmembers). Entry fees are not refundable and decisions of the jurors are final.
