April 1, 2013 – Complete entries due. Digital images, entry form & fee must be received on or before this date for preliminary judging. Partial submissions will not be considered or returned.

April 15 – Preliminary screening complete and notification of results emailed to artists by this date.

Artists should deliver work requested by jurors after review of digital images to the Harlow Gallery on one of the three following dates. The jurors will make their final selections for the exhibition and awards by reviewing the actual work.

Saturday, April 27, 6-8 pm

Sunday, April 28, noon – 4 pm

Monday, April 39 10am – 2pm

April 29-May 2 – Final jurying and selection of award winners (At this stage only artists NOT accepted for exhibition will be contacted by email or phone.)  

Dates to pick up work not selected for the final show are:

Friday, May 3 or Saturday, May 4 from noon to 4 pm each day. 

Friday, May 10, 5 – 8 pm – Opening celebration of Art2013 – Awards Presentation at 6 pm.

May 10 – June 1, 2013 – Art2013  Exhibition Dates

Saturday, June 1, 6-8 pm, or Monday, June 3, 10 am – 2 pm — Dates to pick up art at the end of the exhibition. Artwork not picked up by Monday, May 3 may incur a storage fee of $5 a day not to exceed $50. Artwork not retrieved after one month will be considered abandoned and will be offered for sale at our next silent art auction.
