SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27, 10AM-1PM *
Join Gallery Manager Cassie Bouton in creating cyanotypes which incorporate natural and hand drawn elements. Using the power of the sun and a non chemical bath, we will create unique UV resists. Bring natural materials and other items with interesting shapes, transparencies and hollow parts(old film negatives can be fun!) Keep in mind that flatter items work best. We will also have a collection of fun and interesting items on hand. Create many unique prints, and bring leftover coated paper home to make more! Suitable for all ages, but parent supervision required for children under age 12. Bring a coat and thin gloves as we will be outside the gallery quite a bit.
*Rain date: Sunday, October 28th, 10-12
Cost: $25 Non-Members/$20 Members/$15 Kids 17 and under.
Pre-registration required, sign-up today by calling 207-622-3813 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
